- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (10-11 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through; add minced garlic during the last minute.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic briefly, and add heavy cream and broth to simmer.
