  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces ready-to-eat crab meat
  • 3 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach until wilted.
  4. Mix crab meat with cooked bacon, sautéed spinach, and seasonings.
  5. Blend cream cheese in a bowl; fold in crab mixture and Parmesan.
  6. Clean mushroom caps, stuff each with filling, and top with more Parmesan.
  7. Bake on a lined sheet for 15 minutes until golden brown.
