  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cooked and chopped crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crabmeat, green onion, and green chiles until well mixed.
  3. On a baking sheet, lay out the flour tortillas and spread about 1/4 cup of the filling on half of each tortilla. Fold each tortilla over to enclose the filling.
