Ingredients
- 1 7oz can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Juice of ½ lime
- Steak (flank or sirloin recommended)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic cloves, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Place your preferred steak cut in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over it; save the other half for later use.
