  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. 2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. 4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture along with cooled melted chocolate.
