  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or chopped chives, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. 1. Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente (9-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in milk until thickened.
