  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow crème

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar (for white chocolate layer)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (for white chocolate layer)
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream (for white chocolate layer)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow crème (for white chocolate layer)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for white chocolate layer)


Instructions

  1. For the butterscotch layer: In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat until melted. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butterscotch chips, then vegan marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Spread into a parchment-lined pan and freeze until set.
  2. For the white chocolate layer: In another saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream until melted. Boil for another 5 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips followed by vegan marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Spread over the chilled butterscotch layer.
  3. Chill the complete fudge in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
