  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and sugar until combined.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and butter flavoring until creamy.
  5. Stir in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until blended.
  6. Pour mixture over crust; smooth top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in a water bath for about 60 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Turn off oven; let cool inside with door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  9. Top with cool whip and extra butterscotch sauce before serving.
