- For Frosting: 1 cup unsalted butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 6 cups powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, cocoa powder

- Mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, salt, and flour. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- For the frosting, beat room-temperature butter until creamy; gradually add cream cheese until smooth. Incorporate powdered sugar followed by heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, and cocoa powder until fluffy.
