  • 4 large sprigs thyme, divided


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil green beans in salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain and cool.
  3. Sauté half of the sliced mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown; repeat with remaining mushrooms.
  4. Create the cream sauce by whisking flour into melted butter, then gradually adding milk and cream until thickened.
