- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha if desired. Cook until browned; transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice; stir until heated through.
- Serve hot on its own or over rice for a complete meal.
