Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha if desired. Cook until browned; transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice; stir until heated through.
  4. Serve hot on its own or over rice for a complete meal.
