Ingredients
For the Salmon
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar or fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the salmon with olive oil, then season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.
- While the salmon bakes, prepare the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice until smooth and creamy.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and spoon or brush the Bang Bang sauce generously over each fillet.
