  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in honey.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture, then fold in chopped nuts.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly on the baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
